Dr Ameet Chakraborty

It is with great regret that we announce that Dr Chakraborty, after 14 years at Oakfield Surgery, has decided to leave to work closer to home and left on 2nd August 2024. Dr Chakraborty would have liked to have said goodbye to all his patients and apologised if he was unable to. We wish him well in his new adventures. Dr Shahed who joined us on 1st August 2024 will be taking over Dr Chakraborty’s patients and they will be transferred across to him soon.
